Forged amidst the Great Depression in 1936, Tennessee Valley Federal Credit Union (TVFCU) is a financial cooperative that is dedicated to its members. In short, TVFCU members are shareholders of the $1.3 billion financial institution. TVFCU's community charter allows anyone who lives, works, and volunteers or attends school in the 13-county service area in Southeast Tennessee and North Georgia to become a member.
